If my sin is that i forgot my password and registered with EI more than once then block my account or whatever you do. Patricia has done nothing wrong and it is unfair to slur her reputation with the "fake" tag you have attached to my review. The review, by the way was not fake, as were none of my reviews. They described exactly what my experience of Patricias service was on every occasion.
