Review: I rarely write a negative review but I was badly let down by Savanna. I phoned her the day before to ask about a 1pm appt for the following day. No problem.So I phoned again on the morning at around 1030 to confirm,again no problem.
Phoned again from near the apartment at 12:45 - no answer,I phoned again at 12:55 to be told that a client was just leaving and another was waiting outside !! I said i was booked in for 1pm.Savanna said other clients were late.
She said clients are always late - I said i'm never late. I told her she should not see a client if he turns up so late.
She said she would ring the client who was waiting , i said No, don't bother.It was obvious to me she over booked.
I'm kinda glad now i didnt see her. If she takes so many bookings so close together & double books, then the quality of the service cannot be great either.
I should have known when so many "reds" in her reviews.
AVOID !!
