Review: afraid I gotta agree with the last 2 reviews and maybe go one bit further. I have now seen Sophie twice (wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt after the 1st visit). To be fair,she did accept the appointment at short notice but when I rang for directions at the appointed time she was surprised that I was coming at all. Said she wasnt ready, and was just out of the shower.
